Eleven years in elevators across Queens, Manhattan, and Connecticut. Now I build AI systems and software that do real work for real businesses.
About
Operator. Builder. Eleven years in elevators, then everything else.
Spent the last eleven years at a leading elevator company, working accounts across Queens, Manhattan, and Connecticut. Live in Norwalk with my wife Briana and our boys, Chase and Bryce.
Off-hours is Paper Blueprint, my practice building AI systems for businesses, and the products that grew out of it — Gold Sifter, Kill the CRM, ElevatorBlueprint. Plus a podcast with my friend Mike Marro.
Projects
What I'm building.
Four bets, all live.
Paper Blueprint paperblueprint.com ↗
My practice. I build AI systems for small businesses without an IT department — I map how your operation runs, then build the part that does the work.
Gold Sifter goldsifter.com ↗
Lead intelligence for companies raising money. Every investor lead that comes in gets researched, scored, and ranked on the spot, so the team calls the right people first.
Kill the CRM killthecrm.com ↗
A memory for your business that lives in email. BCC it on the emails you already send, then ask it anything — a number, a timeline, your whole pipeline — and it answers, with receipts.
ElevatorBlueprint elevatorblueprint.com ↗
The elevator industry, decoded for property managers. Plain-English guides, contract help, and tools — built on eleven years in the field.

The System
Paper.
The AI system I built to run my businesses — and the engine behind everything else on this page.
Live figures from the system as it runs today — and growing every week.
Paper works the way a good employee would. It reads the inbox, writes my morning briefing, drafts the follow-ups, files the prospects, sends the invoices, and texts me when something needs a human. It has run around the clock for months — whether I'm at my desk or not.
Every product on this page runs on it. And when I build a system for a client, this is the machine it's modeled on.
For the technical crowd: a multi-agent system written solo in Python — a 513-module core, 46 background services, and connections to about 70 outside tools (Stripe, Gmail, Google Calendar, HubSpot, Slack, and the rest), with validation gates and self-checks at every step instead of a human watching.
Built it because off-the-shelf agent frameworks treat agents like chat sessions. Paper treats them like a workforce.
The Podcast
Elevated Thoughts.
Where left meets right.
Long-form political conversation with my friend Mike Marro — me on the right, Mike on the left. Sixty-plus episodes in, we've sat down with former intelligence chiefs, historians, and some of the most recognizable voices online.
Inside the CIA: Could 9/11 Happen Again?
Michael Morell — former Acting Director of the CIA and President Bush's intelligence briefer on 9/11.
